Who we are
Agavemío is an expression of natural flavors that you can mix in your favorite cocktails. Also all of our products are made with 100% blue agave. It comes in three different presentations, Agavemio Blood Orange, Chile & Cucumber and Mango & Pineapple.
Casa Maestri
Made by the prestigious Destiladora Del Valle de Tequila also known as Casa Maestri recognized for the excellent quality of its products.
Process
The process of our products begins with the cultivation of our agaves, these requires between 6 and 8 years of growth before reaching maturity.
harvesting
Our agave pineapples to be trimmed very close to the heart, leaving a white appearance with little green leafy exposure
shredding
The sugar is extracted from the cooked agave via a shredding machine. Most molinos consist of a series of four milling cylinders.
COOKING
The agave hearts are slowly steam-roasted in centuries old traditional thick stone walled brick ovens for 36 – 54 hours.
DiSTILlATION
We distill the Tequila two times. The first separates and concentrates the alcohol. The second distillation enriches the it's content.
fermentation
We utilize a medium/slow fermentation system. This results in a more unique final tequila flavor.
FLAVOR
Lastly we infuse natural flavors
into the tequila. Agavemio Tequila flavors are, Chile,Cucumber, Mango, Pineapple and Blood Orange.
